The desert doesn’t care about your curated healing journey.

It doesn’t care if you’ve done 200 hours of yoga, read all the right books, or know the difference between sage and palo santo.

This land isn’t a playground for your identity to feel mystical for a week.

It’s a portal, and an ancient one.
A mirror so clear it will strip you bare.

If you come here, be prepared to die.

It is not your body that needs to prepare to die but the parts of you that still cling, wants control and pretend.

The desert will ask for your silence and your truth.
You will come to truly understands what surrender means.

It is definitely not a retreat.
It’s an initiation.

Not into something new,
but into something so old, it will remember you before you remember yourself.

Come, if you are willing to walk without your masks.
Come, if your soul is starving for what is real.
Come, if you’re ready to be undone and remade by the wind, the stars, the ancestors.

But if not… it’s okay.
You’re not late.
The desert will still be here
when you’re ready to kneel.
